First day of Class!

So I had my first day of class {in the castle of course!}, and I must say the classrooms upstairs were probably once drawing or sitting rooms. The ceilings and crown molding are quite detailed (a picture in the coming days) and the floors are wood. There are only about 12 people in the class, and we have already gotten the preliminary questions out of the way--"Wo wohnst du?" (pretty much everyone "wohne in Ulmenweg"), "Wie hießen Sie?", "Woher kommt du?" (a lot of Americans, an Australian, a South Korean, and a Canadian), "Wie alt bist du?" (Ich bin zwanzig Jahre alt), "Was studierst du?" and "Was sind deine Hobbys?". Pretty good for 3 hours of class. :)

  2. "Wo wohnst du?"= Where do you live
"Woher kommt du/woher kommen Sie?"=Where are you from
"Wie alt bist du?"= How old are you
"Was studierst du?"= What do you study?
"Was sind deine Hobbys?" = What are your hobbys
"Wie hießen Sie/heißt du?"= What is your name?

The more important ones are Danke {thank you, as you know :) }, and Tschüss {it's like goodbye}...that and Ein Bier, bitte (lol)
